FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you sell internationally?
- How long does shipping take?
Our processing time generally takes 3-5 business days. If orders fall on a holiday this can prolong processing and shipping. Shipping is also based on which carrier choice you select. Check the shipping policy for exact dates related to the carrier.
- Do you offer local pickup?
No. Our shop is also our home. We love our customers and want to provide lots of options, but this isn’t one of them.
Candles & Wax Melts
- What kind of wax do you use?
- How long do they last?
- How strong is the scent?
-
Are the decorative items safe?
Yes, we don’t put them in the candle until they are tested and proven safe. Decorative items are made from stone, glass or metal materials and can remain in the candles while burning, however we recommend removal when you are able to. We put them on top so you can enjoy them along with the candle. We don’t make you wait for the fun trinkets inside.
Some candles come with a wooden trinket or decorative item packaged outside the candle. Do Not put these items in the candle, they are a Fire Hazard and are not meant to be inside the candle.
-
Are the decorative items included in the wax melts?
No, we don’t offer our melts with the trinkets and glitter included. They are purely for the candles.
SAFETY INFORMATION:
To Prevent Fire or Injury: Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets.
Burning Instructions: Trim wick to 1/4” before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4” of wax remains.
Earrings
- What materials are your earrings made from?
-
Are they lightweight?
Yes. Lightweight is a part of our brand. This is a big deal for us, and quite frankly, it should be for you too! We believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice good looks for fashionable accessories. You deserve to feel & look pretty and not damage your ears in the process. Bonus: Our biggest earrings are light enough for your 6 year old to wear- let that girl Shine!
- How do I care for them?
Does your earring require polishing?-use a smooth microfiber cleaning cloth. Avoid paper products, rough towels and chemicals as they will scratch the surface. Do not use abrasive soaps. Store separately to prevent scratching. Do Not submerge in water.
- Do you offer clip on earrings?
- Do you offer gauged options?
No. We don't manufacture the metal and there are so many different sizes for gauges it would really be impossible to offer our options in all of the different size varieties. Good news, We did the research for you... You can still purchase our dangle options and convert them yourself with the right hardware. Available on Amazon, visit the Cisyozi store and look for Tunnel Plug Gauges for DIY earrings. There you go, problem solved!
Orders
- Do you take special design requests?
- What happens if my order arrives damaged? Doesn’t arrive?
Unfortunately sometimes this occurs. Who knows how it happens, Maybe the dog really did attack the mailman and his only chance of survival was to use your package as a distraction…Maybe it was a cat, however it happens, this is why we recommend insurance. This protects you and us. We can send you a new set and no one loses out. Check out our Shipping Policy for all questions related to shipping. Or you can always take a chance asking the mailman that was just attacked by the dog/cat...
- Can I change/cancel my order?
Sometimes we make a mistake and order the wrong item for our loved ones. We get it, you were trying to do a nice thing for someone and they are just impossible to shop for. We are pretty quick on processing times, but that doesn't mean you can't make a change or cancel an order. If you can reach out to us with an email before we ship the items (3-5 day window) then we can adjust/cancel the order. Once it leaves our shop and is in the hands of the Postal Service/UPS, then everyone is out of luck. That family member is going to have to accept the outcome, hopefully they appreciate the thought.
