USPS Ground Advantage- 5+ Business Days

USPS Priority Mail- 3-5 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail Express- 1-3 Business Days

Scheduled delivery date and time depends on origin, destination, and Post Office acceptance time. Shipping is through USPS carrier and may be subject to further delays based on Post Office closures which include, but are not limited to, weather, holiday observance and unexpected office closures.  

Elm Springs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or delays/damage caused by carrier. Elm Springs LLC suggests using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express as they include package insurance and will protect from any potential incident. 

Disclaimer Notice: Lost and Delayed USPS Packages- This notice serves as an official disclaimer regarding lost and delayed packages sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once a package has been dropped off at our local branch office, neither myself nor business can be held responsible for any loss or delay incurred during transit. It is essential to understand the following terms and conditions before engaging in any transaction or shipping activity:

1. Assumption of Risk: By utilizing USPS services, you acknowledge that the transportation of your package carries inherent risk and uncertainty. While USPS takes reasonable measures to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items, there is a possibility of theft, loss, damage, or misplacement during transit.

2. Limited Liability: We hereby declare that once your package has been handed over to USPS for delivery, all liability transfers to USPS. Any claims, disputes, or concerns related to lost or delayed packages must be directed to USPS. We are unable to take responsibility for the actions or failures of USPS or any third-party involved in the delivery process.

3. Delays Due to External Factors: Please be aware that package delivery may be subject to delays caused by factors beyond our control. These factors include, but are not limited to; natural disasters, severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance procedures, and other unforeseen circumstances. Such delays are unfortunate but inevitable at times and should be understood as part of the shipping process. 

4. Post Office Contact Information: In case of a lost or delayed package, it is crucial to contact your local post office immediately to initiate an investigation. Post Master General

5. Tracking and Insurance: We strongly recommend utilizing USPS tracking and insurance services when sending valuable items. These services may provide additional protection and assistance in case of delayed or lost packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the appropriate level of insurance coverage and tracking options for their shipments. 

6. Shipping Documentation: Please retain all shipping documents, including receipts, tracking numbers, and proof of shipment, for future reference and potential claims with USPS. These documents may be required during the claims process. 

7. Indemnity: By proceeding with any shipment through USPS, you agree to indemnify and hold myself and my business harmless from any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from lost or delayed packages or any issues related to USPS services. 

8. Gift Cards: Gift Cards are sent electronically and not sent through physical mail. 

We regret any inconvenience caused by lost or delayed packages, but emphasize that our responsibility is limited to the safe and timely delivery of your shipment to USPS. Please understand and acknowledge the risks associated with shipping through USPS, as well as the potential for delays due to external factors, before proceeding.
