Refund policy
Purchases
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and verified through USPS before checking out. Elm Springs LLC is not responsible for any packages delivered incorrectly as a result of address errors. Our items are only available through this website and our Etsy shop, of the same name, and are not sold through any other website.
Returns
Generally, returns are not accepted. In rare circumstances, returns may be eligible on a case by case basis. In this instance, we will need to be contacted by email within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return your product, we can be contacted at elmartanna@gmail.com
If your order has been deemed eligible for return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Any items returned will not receive shipping cost credits/refunds as buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. We cannot refund shipping fees as they have been paid to USPS. Items shipped back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition in order to be considered for return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will be happy to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, within the parameters of our turnaround time.
Refunds
If approved for a return, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the return please contact us at elmartanna@gmail.com
Stolen Items/ Undelivered/ Misdelivered Items
Elm Springs LLC is not responsible for Stolen/Undelivered/ Misdelivered Items. Please contact your local USPS branch and give them the tracking number for more information. If your item has been marked delivered by USPS, and you suspect a theft, we encourage you to check cameras you may have and contact your local Police Department to file a report. Elm Springs LLC will not be held responsible for lost/stolen packages under any circumstances.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards are not transferable. Gift cards are sent electronically only and no physical gift card will be sent through the mail.
